We have opened our Japanese Fermentation Koji Kitchen at 613 York St in the San Francisco Mission district.

We are open Monday through Friday, 11:30am - 2:30pm for take-out bento Boxes, and all our Koji products. Aedan offers Miso making and cooking classes, for groups or private parties, as well as catering. We are also at Ferry Plaza Farmers Market every Saturday. Please come visit!
